A custom panel is not a reskinned menu. If the team hunts through messages and files to see who owns a quote, which stage an order is in and who has the task, we draw the screens around those questions.

In the first conversation we map how the work runs today. Who sees what, which missing fact stops the job, which step gets repeated. The first release is chosen from that. Reports and shelves nobody opens stay out.

Development moves in small deliveries. Role-based access, status tracking and admin screens sit in the same panel. Once the team uses a working version, the next step is no longer a guess.

Handover includes the agreed screens, user roles and a walkthrough. Source and transfer terms are written in the proposal.

  • Status tracking that follows the workflow
  • Separate roles for customers, partners and staff
  • Screens that join quotes, orders and tasks
  • Reporting and connections to current systems, as needed
