01 / The need
The need
Separate stock spreadsheets, delayed order updates and manual transfers can leave teams working from different information. As warehouses or sales channels multiply, it becomes harder to establish which record is current. Managers may need someone to prepare a fresh report before they can understand daily activity.
02 / The approach
The approach
We connect product records, inventory movements and order stages through a shared data structure. Warehouse management, access permissions, low-stock alerts and barcode workflows can be included where needed. Existing data is reviewed before migration. For commerce integrations, we define product matching, update timing and error handling as part of the project scope.
What can we build?
- Product records and incoming or outgoing stock movements
- Order status tracking and fulfilment workflows
- Optional warehouse, barcode and low-stock functionality
- Data mapping and integration with supported sales channels
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01Can we import our existing product spreadsheets?
We first review the file structure and data quality. Product identifiers, units and duplicate records may need cleaning before migration. Sample imports help verify the mapping before transferring the agreed dataset.
02Can the system support several warehouses or sales channels?
Yes, when included in the scope. Warehouse transfers and sales-channel connections need their own rules. Connections to external platforms depend on the APIs and account permissions those platforms provide.
