When you sell in more than one place, stock is not one number by accident. The site shows 12, the shop counts 9, the partner list says 15. If the quantity promised to the customer is not in the warehouse, both the order and the trust go.

ExecuteOS connects each channel to the stock record, using the integration that channel actually offers. Product codes are mapped, movement lives in one place, and the channel reads that record. The channel’s own counter is not a second truth.

The first release is limited to the channels you sell on today. A new marketplace can come later. Unmatched product codes are listed before the work starts, otherwise the connection stays half done.

The aim is that every channel shows the same remainder and the order arrives against reserved stock.

  • Product codes mapped across channels
  • Stock movement kept in one record
  • A sale that arrives against reserved quantity
  • A new channel added in a later release
