A stock screen is not built only to show the remaining count. The team also needs to see which warehouse holds the item, which order it is reserved for and who is picking it. If those answers live in separate files, the day goes to matching them.

ExecuteOS draws the screen for the person who runs the operation. The product record, movements in and out, and order status sit together. A barcode, a second warehouse or a low-stock warning is in the first release if you use it. If you do not, it stays out.

Stock falls when an order is picked and returns when the order is cancelled. The same unit is not promised to two orders. That is a rule in the system, not a reminder afterwards.

In the morning the team opens the panel and sees what will leave and what will run short.

  • Product records and stock movements
  • Quantity reserved for an order
  • A visible picking status
  • Warehouse, barcode and low-stock warnings, as needed
