Putting everyone on the same admin screen creates noise and extra access. A customer needs the status of their order. A partner needs their products and balance. The team needs the whole job.

We build that as one product with separate roles. Sign-in is one door. The menu inside follows the role. A customer does not see someone else’s price. A partner does not see another partner’s orders.

The first release needs the two or three roles people actually use. A new partner type or a field team can come later. Role count is not inflated up front, because each role is a set of screens and a round of testing.

The result is a panel where support can point at a real button and each person finishes their own work.

  • Separate menus for customers, partners and staff
  • Orders, balances and documents shown by role
  • Records that stay closed without permission
  • A new role added in a later release
